Don't use Firefox Bobbi. Using IE9 and no problems with it so far, much to the haters of IE9's disbelief !!

No Tamb, just seems to be taking forever, then it says AnswerBank taking too long to respond so it has Timed Out ?

yuks - you've got a conflict/virus. Go to Start/Help & support/System Restore & choose an earlier date to reset pc

I don't think Firefox will be the problem, more the strength of your connection. I use a mobile dongle. If the little light is blue then everything is fine, if it is green I know I'm in for a long wait.

Or, you can download Firefox over old settings.

Try clearing your Browsing History and delete add-ons as it should speed up your Browser

A system restore probably won't do anything. Which version of FF are you using Bobbi?

Do you use any plugins/extensions? (Tools > Add-ons to see what you've got).

Is anyone else in your house using your wifi?

If you're not using FF4 you need to upgrade, it'll do wonders.

It may also just be the sites you're visiting - except the AnswerBank, which is, of course, perfect.
