Override Norton Anti Virus protection

Some links within e-mails and on websites fail to load on a single-click presumably because Norton is protecting me from malicious content.  However, sometimes this is an inconvenience as I want to click it.  Is there a particular key I hold down or anything to inform Norton I wish to open it?  It doesn't happen with all links, just some.  I end up having to copy the link and manually pasting each time in a new window...Annoying!

Thanks.
