Invision Power Board

I downloaded and installed Invision Power Board 2.0.3 for my website and everything it great except one thing. Underneath the copyright notice at the bottom of the page, there is a very scruffy looking advert which I would like to take out. Does anyone know the php file where the copyright notice is listed? I know IPB charge people about $300 to remove the copyright wording, but I honestly have no intentions of doing this. I just want to remove this awful advert. Cheers folks.
