Invision Power Board

I've been trying to get onto a forum I visit regularly which runs Invision Power Board. Just lately, all I get when trying to access it is the following message:

imySQL query error: DELETE FROM ibf_sessions WHERE ip_address='86.262.454.646'

SQL error: Can't open file: 'ibf_sessions.MYI' (errno: 145)
SQL error code:

The IP address is different depending where I'm trying to log on from.

I've tried googling the error message and it seems one or two people are having similar problems. Any idea what's causing it?

the website is playing up. Its nothing to do with what your doing. maybe a buggy update on the board.
