Emailing photos

I tried to email about 8 photos to a friend today (chose medium when asked which size I wanted to use???)

They went as attachments using Windows Live but the email can't deliver. Its giving me "Unknown error message 80070057".

I guess they're too big or something but the problem is , I can't stop it telling me over and over again that I have an unsednt item each time I open or close Windows Live. Can anyone direct me to my Outbox so that I can delete the email?

(Its not in drafts or sent items and I can't find it)

I'm no expert but maybe if you check online rather than in windows live it might be there.

No, nothing in there. Still no outbox option and only the mail I sent when using it online.
