I think you mean derbiz, if so the reply I found here basically answers your question
Common problem in the form of home page hijacker, if you are running Windows XP, turn off system restore, download and install microsoft antispyware, delete temporary internet files, and empty any temp directories, run msconfig and disable entries you don't recognise, commonly entries made up of random letters.
If not using XP do the above apart from system restore and the antispyware, use adaware instead, from www.lavasoft.com.
Search for files called se.dll and sp.dll and delete them if present.
