Safe Mode

Apart from continally pressing F8 is there any other way of accessing the safe mode on a PC? I'm pressing F8 on my PC but it doesn't seem to allow me to access safe mode!

If you are holding F8 down instead try repeatedly and rapidly tapping it at boot.

If that fails then try F5.

If this all fails you probably have a USB keyboard.

Thanks for that, but I definitely haven't got a USB keyboard....

Did you get it to work SAH? I recalling holding down the CTRL key on boot up to get Safe Mode or the various other options. Let us know how you get on.

I used the CTRL key as you suggested Ralph and it worked. Thanks for your help!
