If you remove incredimail recently then make sure the incredimail folder is deleted from your hard drive or try...
Go into Internet Explorer, then click 'Tools' menu, then 'internet options'. Now click the 'Programs' tab, and from there set your default mail browser to whatever program you are using.
Otherwise try re-installing incredimail or installing the file 'imbrowse.dll'.
