Whe i get an e mail to an answer on AB, the link leads to a page saying it cannot be displayed, any clues why anyone please?

Although there does appear to have been some problems affecting many people (myself included) in the last week, what you decribe is fairly typical of spyware infestations, make sure you have, and regularly run Adaware, Microsoft Anti-Spyware or something of the same ilk.
