Paypal problem

I cannot log in to Paypal.
I haven't been able to log in since Saturday 19th.
Anyone else got this problem and any suggestions ?
I am not at all techie, so any suggestions , please in simple non-computerspeak language.

hmm, wlel I use Chrome and can get in ok so that's not your issue, I assume
It's possible perhaps your firewall has blocked it?

I looked up a 'help ' place for BT Infinity and found that other people had the same problem. It was there that I got the idea of switching off and on again.
The techies there seemed to be talking about IP addresses going 'stale'
All of the above are simply words to me with no meaning.
However, I took from it that it was a problem with the new BT system.

You dont perchance live oop north do you?

It's a very big shot in the dark but I have several friends who all live in the North (Birmingham and above) and all are with BT and all are having issues with their service in one regard or another

I do indeed live north of Birmingham...north of Edinburgh actually.
It doesn't sound in the least daft to me....Bt are unhelpful and inclined to promise loads and deliver little, IMHO

Try ..
1. Rebooting router and waiting .. then try again.
2. Delete all temp files, Paypal cookies and try again.

IE or Firefox?

I'm OK now.
I turned the router off , waited 15 minutes then turned it on again. Does that count as re-booting ? It worked, anyway.
I couldn't log in on either google chrome or internet explorer.
Everything seems hunky dory now.
