As to where they save - I think the usual "Save in" panel comes up and you can browse and choose whatever folder you like

PS it's not exactly one click, I think it takes three; but if I can understand something then it must be pretty foolproof.

although not one click, it is really easy and fast and without loads of annoying pop ups. http://www.youtube-mp3.org/
Go to youtube, find video, copy url and paste into the above link, click convert video, when it is done, click on download. Where it downloads to on your pc, is another matter, but I find mine again by clicking on the start button, clicking on 'my name' as user and then go to downloads. Hope this is enough to help :)

yes, they will often head for the "Downloads" folder, or sometimes "My Music", but you can divert them before they do so.
