Sky again!!!

Can someone please explain to me why, when the electricity cuts off, my Sky box comes back on to Customers Services - No problem - but if I have to unplug it at anytime, I have to reboot the damned thing which is soo difficult with my box, and can take up to 4 hrs to come back on.

Sounds like there's somthing wrong with your box. The thing reboots when the power goes off. That's why it goes to channel 999. Not sure what to advise in your case, maybe get sky plus?!
