Does anyone have a sony vaio or know about them?

Hiya, on my new sony vaio there is a drag down bar at the top which has some icons on it, i have recently pulled down a few icons thinking that i'd be dragging and dropping them to the icon bar below but this action seems to have deleted them. Does anyone know how to restore them?
