Does anyone know of any of the above. Done a search in google but it only brings ones that you have to pay for. Can anyone help?

You get what you pay for. The "free" ones if they exist will just block everyones propaganda but their own. It's better to buy Norton internet security or equivalent. If you are serious about the subject.

Most "free" stuff has a cost generally in hassle, ads, etc or it's illegal (music, movies etc) there really is no such thing as a free lunch.
