Hi - This may sound a bit silly, but i have a DVD player that can display jpeg pictures on CD. To burn a picture disk, do burn them directly, or do i have to encode them somehow? If they do need encoding, is there a picture CD plugin for Nero?

Just burn them as data files exactly as they're already stored on your PC. You don't need to encode them as a "slideshow" or anything.
