Tablet Resolutions

Looking to buy a tablet but know nothing about picture quality / resolution etc

I want the best clearest picture quality possible.  

My current laptop seems to be 1920 x 1080.   Not sure if that's HD or not

Can I get better than that?   i.e. 1920 1200 HD or higher

Is Lenovo a good make?    or any recommendations

The Samsung Galaxy S10 Ultra has a resolution of 2960 x 1848.

Lenovo is a good make.  Be prepared to pay big money for these screens.

The Lenovo Tab Extreme has a  3000 x 1876 OLED screen

Thanks. Now here's a strange thing.  I did a Google search for a You Tube clip that I'd previously watched. The Google search showed a much clearer quality version of the original You Tube clip. Now I can't remember how I did this but the picture quality was definitely far superior
