I have lost my top menu bar!

'm back on the internet after nearly a fortnight of not having broadband, and my homepage has changed - I think that I must have shut a toolbar down, as I no longer have the File, Edit, Tools, etc - can anyone tell me how to turn this back on again? Thanks very much.

Right click and see if you can tick "menu bar" ?

Homepage changed ? That's weird. Not got a virus or malware do you ?

Not had MS update it to their new version for you when you weren't looking have you ?
