If my brother has Sky (Sports) and no laptop but I have a laptop but no Sky, can I sign up to Sky Go to watch Sky on my laptop (assuming he gives me his sky login details)?

Yes, you are allowed to use Sky Go on two devices, so if he is willing to give you his login details, then you can watch it.

I've not actually checked, but it's almost certainly going to be against sky's terms and conditions.

That said, they're not likely to find out.
Sky customers are allowed to use Sky Go for free on two devices.

Non-Sky customers must purchase the Sky Go Monthly Ticket service to be allowed access to Sky Go. The cost is £15-£40 per month depending on the channels package selected. Using the login details of a Sky customer is theft of service.
