Logging off

When opening orange emails I get asked if I want to open page that was delivered securely, but it's become twice now. However, (and here lie-eth the problem) when it comes to me wanting to shut down the pc a red square pops up with a load of "Unable to open the internet site...orange log in.DMAIL welcome etc...operation aborted...internet can't display webpage etc, etc. What could it be, how do I locate it, and finally, how do I get rid of it?! Asalways, thanx in advance.
