AShampoo Burning Studio 6

When I try to copy a DVD via 'AShampoo Burning Studio 6' it tell me it has encounted a problem and needs to close.

This is both on my main computer (XP) and my Laptop (Vista)

I have even deleted the programme and then re-installed it, all to no avail.

Is anyone else having problems or can they suggest an equal DVD copying programme?

Is the DVD a commercial product? It may have copy protection.

Thank you for your answer Howard, but no it is a personal DVD made up of a slide show of photos, and it has worked perfectly before in the past.
