Did it come with a CD? This would have the drivers on it. May also include a manual.

Manual tells me nothing, there is a CD would it be on that. My husband installed it and he's away for a month, not over impressed with this printer so far

According to the Kodak site the package contains a setup guide and a user guide. Have you got these?

My husband set it up but I will try playing the CD and see if it helps. I will probably come back again,Thanks for trying. It can't be rocket science I hope.
this is an on-line manual. It may be better than what you have

Not sure that if this is the same printer that I recently setup for a friend, but it was a Kodak.

Assuming its the same, you can scan from the printer to the computer by using the menu on the printer, or you use the computer to initiate the scan.

Take a look on the computer and see if there was any Kodak programmes installed. There would be an option to scan from it with much more control than you have when scanning direct from the printer.

Also take a look at windows imaging - it might be what you want.

Thanks for your replies. In the end my daughter did it remotely for me. I think I know what to do now.
