have you got the manual? There are two common ways. You can connect the camera to the computer via a USB cable (often sold with the camera) and move the pictures off the camera like any other external drive, or if your computer has a card reader slot, then you take the card out of the camera and put it in the slot then proceed like any other external drive.
I've got a Fuji Finepix point and shoot and with that I just connect it to the PC with a USB cable. All the ones I've looked at come with all the software disc, cables etc that you need.

Thx woofgang, I have the user guide but it doesn't give any info re getting fotos on PC. I've connected the USB cable correctly but nothing is happening. Don't understand how to move the pictures from camera to PC.
I just take the memory card out and put in the card reader.
Switch the camera on potty and it should connect to the PC itself.

Go to page 52 in the manual to see how to connect the camera to your PC.
Make sure everything is switched on and all connections are correct.
Note the comment that it may take a minute or two to display your photos.

An alternative method as someone has already suggested is to take the SD memory card out of the camera and put it into the card reader slot in your computer. If your computer doesn't have a card reader slot you can buy an SD card reader for a couple of pounds from the usual online shops. The advantage of doing it this way is that it doesn't use the camera's battery.
Either way, the computer should recognise the camera or the SD card as another drive. If you have an inbuilt CD/DVD (D:) drive as well as your C: your camera / camera card will probably show as E:
Double click on this to open it.
I've just noticed that you mentioned sorting out your printer..

Would that be the same printer that you were having problems with back in June? Maybe it would be worth your while revisiting the answers to your questions: http://www.theanswerb...uestion1141209-2.html

You also mentioned back in June that you had the CD for your Fuji camera....
