I'm stuck on two of the 'normal' clues
13 down: Bear old subaltern (4) C_L_
33 down: Dull priest's vestment turned up (4) _ _ _ H
I've only given letters I'm (pretty) sure of!
Any help gratefully received

33d) Blah (another missing letter one) Alb (vestment reversed) and a missing "h"

Thanks Voulez-vous. I had just misled myself with the penultimate letter of 31a, but it's all completed now. I enjoyed this one!
