Would a BT Business Hub work at home?

I've got BT Broadband at home and I've got one of the old white Home Hubs, the one with 2 ethernet ports and with the stubby aerial on top.
I'm thinking of buying a BT Business Hub from Amazon as they have got 4 ethernet ports and they've got good reviews.
Can anyone advise me if it would work.

why not just use a network switch with your existing router
Amazon.co.uk User Recommendation

If you don't need a 1Gb link between devices then a 10/100 switch is about half that ^ price.

If you really want to change your router there are better one than the buisness hub available,
