NVIDIA TEGRA 3 or 1000MHz
3 Answers
I am considering selling my ipad 1st generation 32gb and getting something else thats round about the same maybe a little better in spec and at a budget price.
I realise there are a lot of choice out there now for tablets.
I'm just getting a little bored of the old ipad and can't afford the newer models.
So my main qestion is whats the better processor NVIDIA TEGRA 3 which is what the gole nexus 7 has or 1000MHz which is supposedly what the ipad 1st gen has. I don't know the first thng about this sort of stuff which is why I've come on here to get some advice.
I am considering gettin the google nexus 7 as I can pick up a 16gb for about £170 which i can just about manage. But if anyone has any other ideas that would be appreciated.
many thanks

The Tegra 3 is a quad core combined CPU and graphics chip running at around 1600MHhz . Naturally, it's better, as its younger, but when purchasing a tablet, the overall user experience, and the ecosystem in which it lives are generally far more important than raw processing power.
