Trojan?

I have a trojan horse located here:

C:\eied_s7.cab:\eied_s7_c_.exe

Any idea where I can find this on my PC? I have no idea where "eied" is!

Go to My Computer and click on view at the top. Click folder options and then view. There should be a list of advanced settings. under Hidden files select show all files. Then click on your c drive and the file should be listed.
