Any ex Sky Engineers out there ?

As I have indicated on a previous thread I am using a Sky+H/D box to receive Sky Freesat. I am still able through the planner to select a timed programme change & when the time comes I get a notification asking me to press select to change the programme, is there a way that I can programme the box to make the change automatically ?
