Gmail

When I first opened my Gmail account to get to all my contacts I clicked on Contacts, simples !! Now however I have to click on a stupid thing called circles ( I do realise it means circle of friends or family). Being a simple soul I would like to click on contacts to bring up the list ( when I do click contacts it suggests that it is an empty folder ). Does any A/Ber know how to reverse the situation ?

Sounds to me like your in Google+ rather than Gmail

Don't know if you can - at some point you must have upgraded to Google+. I'm not about to do the same, just to find out! :-)

You can have them both.

just goto http://mail.google.com/ and not http://plus.google.com

Or just goto http://www.google.com and click the gmail link on the top of the page.

Have you got a row of google things across the top of your gmail (or google+) page such as Search, Images, Play, Maps, GMail?

If so, just click on GMail.
