Do Not Have To Enter Password???

Whenever I start my laptop,I had it set so that you had to enter the user account password,and for when it 'woke up' but now I don't have to enter it,and I cannot figure out how to get it back to how I like it.
What have I gone and done now?
Can someone put me on the right track please?

I could not find re set,so I changed my password and nothing happened.
I am using W7 btw.

Ooh I am happy with myself(for once)
Sorted out the problem,it was all down to when I changed settings for power management of all things.
