Ms Word Problem

I am filling in an application form that has been produced on word and have to write in a table. For some reason when I go to write each line of text encases itself in a box. Anybody please got any idea how to turn it off?

Try right-clicking on the table and looking for an option to format it. Hopefully you'll find an option enabling you to turn off the unwanted feature there.
