offset and oversized window

my mozilla window works fine -but on i/explorer it is badly offset and oversized and i cant see the vertival scroll- it happened before and is very annoying, i tried setting from degauss but seem to have messed all my browser windows up

if mozilla works fine i'd say just to use mozilla, internet explorer is a huge security risk, mozilla has that lesser risk involved, the only reason i personally ever use internet explorer is for windows update because it is required. one thing you can try, if you right click internet explorer when its open, the actuall bit on your task bar you should have the option to move, if you move it down or whatever you should be able to get the maximise/minimise buttons etc. maximise it or use the corners to resize, hope this helps you, snipe!
