Ipad 3 - Loading Photos ..... Issue

I am an amateur, yet enthusiastic photographer - result is hundreds of Photos, Images or Pics.

These I titivate with in Adobe Lightroom (LR 5).

Then once the Final Album or Selection is done, I like to place some on the iPAD to show folks (my Mum & friends etc).

This appears to require syncing within iTunes, BUT the Oder when they are loaded into the iPAD is all over the place. I want them in chronological order.

Any ideas would be very welcome.

It seems to be something to do with the file names.
