I recently bought a new mobile, Sim free as I wanted to keep my existing number. I had some credit left with Vodafone but now have run out and I want to change networks. I bought an Orange Sim and credit, but seem unable to contact Orange with the PAC number etc. I can't call from the mobile, and when I tried with my landline I had to input the mobile number but of course this is not yet recognised by Orange. I won't be able to get to an Orange shop until the weekend so has anyone any idea what I can do? Thanks.

Unsure but if you bought an Orange account with credit can you not just use it to contact them ? You input the account number you have with them surely, not the one you want to change to.

Found another phone number online so I have been able to sort it out. Many thanks for replying, O_G.
