Which cable is for TV and which is for VHF radio?

A few years ago I had a new UHF TV aerial and new VHF radio aerial installed on the roof of my house. They both have brown aerial cables attached to the front of the house.

Recently some work was done on the outside of the house and the cables were disconnected and mixed up, so now I cannot tell which lead is connected to the UHF aerial and which to the VHF aerial.

When I plug each of them in turn into the TV (for Freeview) and into the hi-fi system I get similar quality from both.

Can someone please let me know if there is a simple way to tell which is which?

See if you can spot any text printed along the cable. TV coax is 75 ohm while VHF coax is usually 50 ohm. If you can find a code (like RG-8/U) on at least one of them, then Google it, it should tell you all you need to know.
