How Do I Get A Bt Email Address?

I switched to BT for phone and Broadband but I can't see anywhere on their website where I can get a BT Email Address.

Does any body know how I can get one? Thanks.

The problem with having an e mail address from your ISP is that when you change you have to change your e mail address again, and lose access to your old address.

For this very reason I recently changed my e mail address to mail.com, so that I would feel more able to switch in the future.

Perhaps it is worth doing someting similar.

I have visited hat page Zacs but when I put in my aol email address it just tells me to correct it. I am going round in circles.

You can't put an aol email address into a bt account, you'll have to set up a new account. I thought that was what you wanted. Confused.

chrissa, as the others say you'll have to register for a BT email address - is it a btinternet one you want? Your aol one won't work on BT. BTinternet is now part of BTYahoo but I have been able to keep my btinternet email address.

I registered with BT with my aol address and get all my messages from BT into that account. I realise that I have to get an 'btinternet" one, but I can't see how on the website. Am I just being thick?

If you click on the dark grey tab (right of page) which reads 'BT Mail' and scroll down there is a blue box which says 'create an email address'
