Landline Problem.

As above my landline phone has been dead since last night. I checked the plugs etc and also rang 150 from my mobile. My landline is with Virgin Media but when I ring 150 from my Vodafone mobile nothing happens. I checked on the Virgin Media site and it says to ring 150 for tech problems. Help!
