Phone Upgrade

Hi, my existing contract for my phone is ending in March - when do I start looking for a new one as i've never upgraded before, do I go and ask on the day the contract ends ?

Contact your service provider at the end of Feb, say you wish to leave when your contract is up at the end of March: in my experience they'll contact you offering a better/newer model handset for free and a better monthly contract.

Look at what other providers are offering new customers - find a phone you want and see if your existing provider can better the offer.
