since moving over to AOL for both our phone and BB the home phone is really crackly (both ways) and the internet keeps dropping out.

I've changed cabling up to the phone socket but think the problem is beyond that. Will I need to phone my provider or does BT sort that kind of problem out?

Think you inform AOL who will contact BT , if you have a BT box in the path outside your house just have a look and see if its full of water, common fault at the moment.

OK thanks kjn. Will give AOL a call
We had exactly the same problem a few months ago - spoke to BT in India who advised changing the ADSL filters for new ones. Problems solved immediately.
