Micro Sd Card
3 Answers
I have tried to "Clean"/Download my Micro SD card from my car camera it says on the instruction for the camera that it should "over print" the recorded data when the card is full but does not (I have tried another card) and I do not seem to be able clear/download the card, as you can gather I am no "techie" so I would appreciate any help.
Many thanks

An option will probably appear on the screen inviting you to view the contents of the 'folder' (= your card). Accept it. [If that option doesn't appear, double-click 'Computer', then double-click the icon representing the card].
You'll probably now see a folder icon. Double-click on it. [If you then see another folder icon, repeat]. Eventually you should get to a window displaying all your photo files. Press Ctrl and A together. (That selects everything shown in the window). Right-click on one of the files and select 'Delete'.

You need to change the settings on your car-camera, Souxie. Assuming it works like mine (Eprance mini0801) then in the settings you have an option for how long (in minutes) each block of data should be before a new block is started. On mine I can choose 1 min, 3 min or 5 min, with another option "continuous". If you choose "continuous" the recording is still split into 5 minute blocks but, when the card is full, it will NOT start to overwrite. If you choose any of the timed options ie 1, 3 or 5 min, then when the card is full it will overwite.
