how can I stop a popup from appearing every time I go on internet explorer it says . c;\programme files\x86 music toolbar\data mng\apcrtldr.dll denied.

Don't go on Internet Exploder. Download a decent browser like Firefox or Chrome. That should stop it.

try going into the Programs section of the Control Panel and uninstall Music Toolbar if it is listed there
