Headphones And Sound Skype And Games
3 Answers
Hello everyone,
When I online game and talk to my friends on Skype, both game music and Skype chat come through my headphones,,
I have tried and tried but I just cannot work it out, what I would like to happen is have the game music coming through my PC speakers and only Skype through my headphones??
Any thoughts or links to videos I can see would be great, I'm a total noob when it comes to things like this.
My headphones have a USB connection and the game I am playing is Elder scrolls online.
Kind regards
stu.

This is assuming your pc speakers are plugged in to audio connections at the back and are not connected via usb.
In Skype options under audio, choose the usb headset/microphone as the defaults.
Don't forget your microphone may well pick up the sound from your pc speakers and broadcast it to your friends.
