Digital Cameras That Have Editing Apps

I currently have the galaxy smart camera EK G100 but want a cheaper alternative.

Are there cameras around that do a similar thing to this?

Being able to download photo editing apps
Wifi

Not bothered if the specs aren't as good.

There may be, but isn't a better alternative to transfer any photos to your PC to edit in comparative luxury ?

Wouldn't it be better to get a smartphone? Most of them have very adequate cameras and editing and wi-fi capability. Not aware of a camera that has internet ability but I don't doubt someone will prove me wrong.

I believe some must allow a SIM or something as I did read of a system that saved the photo to the Internet immediately on having been taken. Don't recall the details now.
