running XP, outlook express 6 has stopped sending or recievingfor the last 2 weeks.

Have you installed/deinstalled any other programs, such as norton or mcafee in the last two weeks? As this can alter your email settings.

Maybe you could give us some more information, such as your isp or who you have your mailbox with and we could suggest some settings.
