Windows 8 - Change Email?

Sorry wasn't shouting (fat fingers!) On my year old sony vaio, windows 8, I have a hotmail email, well I cannot remember it or the password. When I start it up it says the email, luckily I don't have to sign in, but if ever I have to do I'm stuck. Is there anyway I can change it to my real yahoo. email.

thanks but no, sorted that problem, I just want to change my hotmail to yahoo so that any windows, sony emails comr to my yahoo account.

Oh dear now I am confused but have a message saying they will contact me within 24hrs to yahoo email, but I want to change the main one from hotmail to yahoo.
