My Computer Won't Play Videos Posted On Facebook From Friends' Phones.

I have updated Adobe flash player and Java and tried opening using Firefox, Chrome and AOL, and restarted the PC. What am I not doing?! When I click to play the video I just get a black square!

don't know if its only your 'friends' videos or a facebook problem as i couldn't play any videos on facebook a couple of hours ago but seems to be working ok now

Try viewing a random Youtube video. If that doesn't display then it's clear that Adobe Flash Player isn't working. To fix it, go to your list of installed programs (via 'Add/Remove Programs' or 'Programs and Features' in your Control Panel), and remove 'Adobe Flash Payer Plug-in'. Then RESTART YOUR COMPUTER. (That's important!). Finally download and reinstall Adobe Flash Player again.
