the mac toolbar comes across the top of the screen every time I change sites how do I get it gone. Thanks

You've not told us which web browser you're using. If it's Internet Explorer, it's a known problem which can't truly be fixed but it can be 'worked around':

If it's a different browser (which hopefully it will be, because Internet Explorer is dire!), please tell us which one you're using.

Thank you clicked on the link and read what it said .You are not going to believe this but it has stopped doing it .I have moved around different sites and no mac toolbar .Ill do what is say if it starts again .

Its back .Tried to right click on the mac toolbar nothing, am I doing summit wrong

Sorry, you've got me lost. (I don't use MacAfee and I wouldn't use Internet Explorer unless you paid me a very large sum of money to do so - and then only reluctantly!).

The link above is from MacAfee's own website, so if they can't fix the problem I really don't know who can.

Perhaps it really is time to switch to a decent browser (i.e.just about anything except Internet Explorer!)?

How would I even start to do that .the link you put up gave these instructions it said right click on mac thing after disabaling lock toolbar .

If you mean switch to a different web browser, you need my second link (at 2130). Download the file, double-click on it to run the installation program and never use Internet Explorer again!
