hello can any please advise me which system I should install for microsoft windows 7?

We are using IE11 for our Windows 7.
Updates for that come via Microsoft Updates

Do you mean which browser? eg Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc etc? I think that's a matter of choice and you can have more than one installed at the same time (I switch between IE and Chrome).
I've seen two ABers, both of whom are known to have superior IT knowledge, each say I use Chrome wouldn't touch IE with a barge-pole or I use IE wouldn't touch Chrome with a barge-pole so what is one to do!!

At present, IE 11 is a very unsafe Browser and Google Chrome is very likely to download lots of 'Nasties'. The top Browser at the moment is Firefox. :-

You can have as many Internet browsers as you like, I'm also a Firefox fan.

Sorry HansUrbancka, nothing is foolproof, not even Firefox, hence the need for Anti-nasties programmes for our Computers
