Video Camera To Tv

I have a video camera and want to show the tape on my Phillips flat scree TV
How do I do this

what cables came with the camera?

If there is a yellow, red and white cable these will go into the corresponding sockets on the back of the tv.

If your tv doesn't have these then if you have a video/ dvd recorder it should have.

Once the cables are connected you need to change to the relevant av or ext channel on the tv

Thanks Tuvok, I have the correct cable but wasnt sure how to alter the tv
to start to show the tape

Does your tv remote have a button marked 'input'?

If so, click that and you should get a list of options on your tv screen. With the video camera connected to the tv, scroll down the options until you see your video on the screen. It may be AV1 or AV2.
