You can change the deposit settings to zero in each one but the are that many sites if someone has an addiction they will find a way. Or change the passwords & then delete the app but they could still access via the web

Not only are there many sites to visit, there are many different devices one can use to visit them if determined. I'd suspect a total block wasn't possible. But maybe you can find something similar to the child protection software for the PC as an incentive/reminder to think again for someone wanting a willpower aid.

you could try the free gambling blocker (i have done this and it blocked everything) only problem is if the person was to use a mobile device they can still access sites away from home.

could you/they not approach the person in question?, if they are willing to admit they have a problem they may allow this to be put on any mobile device (if they see they have a issue and want help) they maybe willing to do this?.........its always worth asking (i think it cannot be removed for at least 1 month)
when i had this problem with a family member i didn't do it in secret i spoke to them about the issue before putting any blocker in place and said i though it may help and if they wanted help it was a good start.
