make sure u have all the windows updates and i advise using antivir as an antivirus as it is good and u should also use a firewall like zonealarm this is also free.
Yes I had this one . But you dont need it . On messenger go to    Tools  Optoins Privacy Contact List View to see who`s blocked you.

But i'm not interested to see who has blocked me, but i want to get rid of this automatic messeges that keep appearing
If you go to the website, it has a removal tool, stating "Block Checker no longer uses our IM Advertiser." I don't know whether or not the removal tool does what it claims, but it's worth a try.

If all that fails, use system restore to restore your settings to a time when you didn't have the message coming up - providing you're using Windows XP.

How do i use system restore to restore settings ?
Try this:

Start Menu > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore

Windows will automatically create restore points from time to time when the computer is shut down. Go back through the calender display in System Restore and find a date that preceeds you getting the "block checker" message - you can then just click 'restore' and Windows will take care of the rest.
I have since found out that this is a virus.
